		<description>The doctors at from the Northern Colorado Surgical Association place a ring
around the stoma to prevent stretching in the future. They have found that
this helps people from having a large weight regain. This is also why they
do not (at this time) do Lap surgery. They feel that the ring is an
important part of this surgeries success.

		<description>I believe the procedure Dr. Fobi does is essentially a RNY with a
ring and transected stomach.
