I’m in the Century Club!! Yippee!
Hi all. I have to share with those of you who can understand and
appreciate my success. Tomorrow is my 5 month anniversary and when I
weighed today, I had lost 101 lbs. I don’t post often, but this one
was definitely worth sharing. MDH is planning something special to
celebrate, but don’t know what yet. It’s to be a surprise. I’ve
been very good about going to the gym 4 times per week and believe
this is what has been helping. I can say I’m actually 1/2 way
there!!!!
