Exercise Tip

Hello All,
I really think that regular exercise is one of the most important
things to keep the weightloss moving along. The problem is that it
can be boring and my choice has been walking. Aside from being
chased by the occasional dog or alligator, not much excitement. May
I suggest Books on Tape. They send you a whole unabridged book on
cassett tapes that make your walks fly by. They are on the internet,
easy to order and when you are done, just drop the prepaid mailing
box in the mail and you are done. If you want to try them out, most
libraries have them available for checkout.
