I just want you to know that it is fine to lift weights 5x a week. Just
make sure you are doing upper body 1 day and lower body the next. I do my
cardio for 30 minutes and then move on to weight lifting. By alternating
muscles groups, I have something different to do each day and I don't get
board. I also alternate my cardio, stair machine then recombinant bike, et.
This seems to work good for me and because I break up my upper and lower
body, my workouts don't take as long.
