You may want to start taking either ADEKS or Alergy A & D if you are not already taking a vitamin A supplement. My surgeon suggests more A when blemishes occur. Also as we lose the fat, more hormones are released into the body and sometimes causes hormone imbalances that cause blemish problems. This will improve over time as there is less released.
