Eggs…

Hey All…
I have heard that eggs are not only good for protien, but also relatively
easy to eat. I I have tried scrambled eggs, and they sit in my tummy like
lead. Did anyone do better with hard boiled, poached, soft cooked?? I
really need some “soft” food ideas as soup and yogurt is getting
Old…….HELP?!?

Poached eggs have been a staple for me since four weeks post-op. At first, I
threw them in the blender with 1/2 slice of toast. Sounds gross, but tasted
    delicious.
Since I went to regular foods, I eat 1-2 poached eggs on a slice of toast for
breakfast at least four times a week. Usually only finish about 1/2, but
it’s one of the very few things that has NEVER made me sick.

Scrambled eggs also sit in my stomach and make me sick… I eat soft boiled
eggs… cook for 4 mins exactly… I do fine with that

I love eggs (my favorite food - cooked any way) but I am allergic to them.
They make my mouth itch with no other reactions. Is there anything I can
do so I can have my eggs? What about the ones in the cartons? Does anyone
know if I can have those or not?
