<description>I love eggs (my favorite food - cooked any way) but I am allergic to them.
They make my mouth itch with no other reactions. Is there anything I can
do so I can have my eggs? What about the ones in the cartons? Does anyone
know if I can have those or not?

<description>Poached eggs have been a staple for me since four weeks post-op. At first, I
threw them in the blender with 1/2 slice of toast. Sounds gross, but tasted
delicious.
Since I went to regular foods, I eat 1-2 poached eggs on a slice of toast for
breakfast at least four times a week. Usually only finish about 1/2, but
it's one of the very few things that has NEVER made me sick.
