I am approved and have a new date
Hello all, thank you all for your support and words of encouragment,
with my disappointment over the insurance denial less than one week
before surgery. I am now approved and have a new date of Feb. 28. I
feel so relieved! I did some soul searching and praying, as this
experience left me in doubt to if I really even wanted the surgery.
Was this a “sign” that I shouldn’t have the surgery? Was the hassle
worth it? Couldn’t I try one more time to lose weight on my own?
This is such a “drastic” thing to do to my body… I now feel
confident, again, that this is the only way I will be able to lose
weight and regain my health. I have peace about my decision, and I am
just thanking the Lord.
I’m glad you all are here to support everyone else. It really helps!
I’ll keep you informed as I go along the way.
