answer to linda, you may think I am beinmg mean but you need to soul search and
really think about your thoughts- on one hand you say I don’t feel thin enough
and although I see signs of being smaller by my sizes and all the outward
verification I want to loose more- on the other hand you are letting up or
giving up in your work and resolve with your goal- maybe you should look at
weight charts or talk to your doctor- I did and I am 5′5 and I want to weigh
135- which means I better not let those demons back near me- my demons come when
I am overtired and overworked- but if you set your goal low you will realize you
have more work to do - I have lost weight many times not going low enough is a
problem- give yourself 15lbs leeway for later gain if you stop at 150 or 160 and
gain a few your back near 200?? it is only my opinion that you know you are not
yet happy with your looks just think and motivate your stron self. robin
