Dumping?
According to what I’ve read, dumping seems to be different for different
people. I just started on certain soft foods. After I eat my breakfast,
usually and egg, a little cottage cheese and 3 small peanutbutter crackers I
start having something like hot flashes and sweats. My hair gets dripping
wet and then i feel chilly when it stops. Is this dumping? It doesn’t do it
when I have lunch or supper. I’m tempted not to eat breakfast. Is this
dumping? Sharon

Sounds like dumping to me! Peanut butter is a big dump food for me… even
no sugar added natural ones, so I just don’t go there.
I dump MUCH worse on fat than sugar (don’t think I dump on sugar at all,
actually, but am not terribly sure because I don’t push it). You are
right, some people dump on strange foods that you would think would never
cause dumping… but for their bodies, it is just too much of something.
Hope this helps!

Wow, that sounds intense! I have never had that happen. I wonder why you
would dump from eating those foods?? Is there Sugar in your peanut butter??
I have not had a “dumping” episode from sugar, But I have had extreme
cramping and horrible diarrhea when I have eaten something too fatty. But
like you said we are all different….
Good luck!!
