pureed stage

I don’t think you’re doing bad at all. Everyone is different, the
trick to eat until you feel full. Only you know how much that is,
then STOP. For me I could eat almost a whole egg at that stage. I
found I could tolerate hellmans’ lite mayo and used that to make a
tuna salad, no celery but celery seed, garlic, salt and pepper. it
sure made it tastse better. I also find protien shakes to be my
saving grace. If I don’t feel like anything else I’ll zapp one up. My
favorite is sugar free carnation instant breakfast, chocolate, 3/4
cup of skim milk, a scoop of whey protein vanilla, a banana, some
sweetener and three ice cubes. Run it through the blender and enjoy.

vegetable and fruit. All pureed of course.
Can anyone give me some advice on this, is it fresh/canned/frozen
    vegetables, is it fresh/canned fruit.

I know some one said the mashed potatoes were to starchy or had to many
carbs, but for me it was all I could handle that was pureed! I hated
pureed, and just did the soft foods, for the amount you are eating, and how
early you are out I would eat what you can tolerate!
