I got a pcp!
Hi everyone. I just wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions on finding a
wls friendly pcp.
I printed out the list from my insurance website and started calling them all
asking how their doctors feel about wls.
I ran into quite a few *nasty* office workers, but that is par for the course. I
found an office that has 2 female pcp’s, both are pro-wls, both have years of
experience, and both have referred patients to my surgeon of choice! They are
both actively involved in wls patients continuing care! My appointment is on May
20, so we will see how it goes!
