<description>You might want to try this- take a bite of food, chew and just before
you are going to swallow the bite of food (make it a small bite) pop
a pill in your mouth and swallow it with the food. Works like a
charm for most people. Just take your whole pile of pills with your
meals.

&#60;&#60; 1 - I have a hard time swallowing pills let alone the horse pills that
will have to be taken after this surgery. (I was told prenatal vitamins and
those are huge). Just a little advil I have to chug water down to get it
down. I know you cannot chug anymore either when you drink after this
surgery. How are you all over coming that if you have the same problem I do
with pills? Crush them? YUK! but thats the only way I can think of.
I am about 10 months postop and I still can not take pills larger than M&#38;M's
except my calcium capsules. They dissolve quickly in the pouch and they go
down easily. For vitamins, I take Flintstone complete chewable. I actually
like the way they taste. I take B-12 sublingual which means it dissolves
under my tongue and I take little tiny iron pills twice a day. I could never
take prenatal vitamins! Hope this helps.
