Cynthia,
I am a new post op but there was something about your posting which caught my
eye. You sAID YOU WERE LIMITING YOUR SWEETS. I believe that if you are
still in the process of losing you should not be having any sweets. My
doctor has everybody eating protein only until we reach 75% weight loss. You
seem to be eating as if you were finished losing. You must still eat to lose
weight and exercise. As I stated maybe I dont know what I am talking about
but it seems elementary that until we get close to our goal we need to still
be eating to lose…
