Poop problems….
I personally find the more water I drink the better I go. And yes I too do
not go as often as before, but then again I am not taking in as much food as
before. My Doc says at least 64 OZ WATER on top of all the rest……
before taking anything else for the bowel problem I would call my doc and
see what he suggest.
I too have had the stool like you described, you seem to be dehydrated and
your body will take it from the bowel to hydrate itself. Just try to sip
water all day as you can. ONLY MY OPINION….
Good Luck

I have the same problem you do. Before I was regular, every morning,
but I was taking Metimucil every evening. Now I cannot take it and I
take the iron and calicum, too. I am lucky if I go every other day
and it is always a real strain. I have diverticulosis and am not
supposed to get constipated or strain, but I am now. I did buy some
adult glycerin suppositories and they help some. But I hate to do
that too often because the bowel can get used to that and then you
can’t go without them. Maybe I am like you and not getting enough
water, but I feel like I am drinking all the time.

“Super Dieter’s Tea” by Laci Le Beau.
I can guarantee that your plumbing will be cleaned out. My mom has been using
this for constipation for years. If you have a cup before bedtime, you WILL be
going in the morning. The cinnamon works the best. We have tried the lemon
flavor but that did not seem to have the same effect.
Hope this helps.
Before surgery, I was pretty regular. Does this get better? All I ever heard
about beforehand was the diarrhea, and I have the opposite. What gives? Anyone
else have these difficulties and what did you do???
