Anyone have pain in their lower intestinal area?

Hi all -
I’m almost 5 months post-op (LAP RNY) and having been doing well
except lately I have been experiencing pain in what appears to be my
lower intestinal area. The pain is similar to menstrual cramps.
These come and go and haven’t been severe enough to contact my
surgeon yet.
Has anyone had similar pain and do you have any suggestions?
I’d appreciate any feedback.

    Eileen,
    Yep, I have the same kind of pain at times and it seems to be related to what
    I eat. Dairy does that to me. See if you can isolate what you are eating
    each time before you have the pain, if you do that you should be able to
    steer away from that food and stop the pains. Good luck to you!
