		<description>Hi all,
My tip for getting in more water is when I watch TV, I take a drink during
every commercial break. I started doing this right after surgery during
recovery when I sat in a recliner all day long (augghh, how boring). It
seemed to work for me though. I do it now as a habit. I don't even think
about it much any more. I don't follow all the rules as well as I could,
but water is one that works pretty well for me on a consistent basis.
My best to everyone.

<description>I do something similar - every morning i stop in at 7-11 (I'm usually
in there for something else anyway), and i bring in my double gulp
cup and fill it with ice. I never get charged for even a refill, and
the i sip on the ice water as it melts all day.

are going to be outdoors most of the day they stick their water bottles in
the freezer the night before....this even worked for me on a brutally hot day
