		<description>It is not written in stone that it is impossible for RNY patients to get
adequate protein from the food they eat. I rarely take a protein
supplement, once every two months maybe. I get my protein from the food
I eat. I eat a lot of yogurt, Arby's roast beef sandwiches and bacon
cheeseburgers. My labs come back with me in at the medium level for
protein.
