Hi,
What I have learned is stick to proteins, veggies and fruit.
I travel for business as well. Hotels make it very easy these days for people
that have to travel.
Some advice on travel eating:
Ask the hotel to bring you a mini refridg. & microwave to your room.
go to the market, buy low fat cheese sticks, cottage cheese, smoked salmon,
cucumbers, humus, edame beans,bean soups, peanut butter (low fat) apples, pears,
and stock them in your fridge. I use sliced cucumbers to put humus, cheese,
cottage cheese and salmon on.
When eating out with clients;

order a fish dish without fattening sauces and steamed veggies cooked well.
Order soups (bean, chicken, low fat) For desert; a fruit dish (berries with no
cream)
Drink lots of bottled water (non-carbonated), take your vitamins and take
Proteinix as a supplement if you feel you’re not getting enough protein in , or,
clear Isopure drink found in health stores.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
Cynthia
