Hi. Yep. that’s it. one bottle magnesium citrate. Put it in the freezer for
a while (but not too long, it comes in a glass bottle) it’s a lot easier to
take very cold. almost taste like sprite if you get it cold enough. It’s not
the mildest thing in the world, but works fast and thoroughly. As for the fleet
enema. If you have someone to help you with that it will make it a lot easier.
I personally wish i had a video of mine. In retrospect (actually I got a laugh
out of it then) it was hilariaous to try to give yourself an enema when you can
barely reach your bottom. *lol* Much success on your journey!
