its normal regarding the bathroom thing…. i had my surg on 11/25 and have
lost about 20 pds… and i have loose movements as well… and i have skipped
a day also… if you skip more than 4 days with out going i would call the
dr… or at least thats what mine told me… and i can also relate with the
pills i have to cut all mine up as well.. and its time consuming i feel like
im taking pills all day long.

Hi. Im 4 weeks out and was having a terrible time with the pills. It is
much easier for me now and I take more than double what you are taking. It
does get better. I dont know why, but it is not hard for me any more. My
bowel movements are a mystery to me too. I only eat proteins and sometimes I
dont go for days and days. This is often followed by urgent liquid stools.
My doc says to take stool softeners and some kind of fiber replacement after
I am cleaned out. He says not to take the fiber when you are constipated or
it will make it worse. I hope this gets better too. Its not very
