Coke

I really like Crystal Lite Ice Tea, it is very sweet but not carbonated.

I was quite the soda addict before surgery. I started driniking sodas again
at about 8 weeks post op. Slowly and only over ice, otherwise it hurt. I
have had to begrudingly train myself to like diet caffeine free sodas.
Caffeine free diet dr pepper is excellent. Every once in a blue moon i’ll
allow myself a sunkist orange regular (i don’t dump on plain sugar, just
sugar/fat combo), but that’s just a couple of times a month. The thought
that soda stretches the pouch does not seem to have any backing, but it can
    make you gassy.
My recommendation to those soda addicts pre op: train yourself now to like
diet sodas, and every other time you go to drink a soda, drink water
instead. Your tastes will change after surgery, you may find you no longer
like soda, or tire of it quickly.
    Hope this helps!

coke addict here. I started drinking diet snapple instead and light minute
maid in the bottle. I hate the nutrasweet as I think it is not so great for
us but for now it is better than coke and it was refreshing. If you want to
skip nutrasweet try the Hansens teas and non carb drinks (diet) they have
them at trader Joes. They contain sucrolose instead of the nutrasweet. Traci

I find it at Kroger, Walmart, Rainbow, and Albertsons. Usually they are
in the can/ 12 pack. I prefer them in a bottle. Hope this helps.
