Hi,
I craved salad and it was the last thing I was able to
add to my repetoire of food. I think it was 7 weeks
and I had no problem.
The surgeon told us that we should try it after 6 or 8
weeks, chew it well and see how it set with us. I
didn’t eat much at first, but now I eat a lot at least
once a day.(I am 5 months post.)
I would suggest that you try some at home first and
see how you do. I never liked to try anything in
public that I hadn’t tried at home first.
I could eat shrimp with no problem at 4 weeks.
The feta cheese will probably be fine too. I didn’t
eat the skins on tomatoes for a long time
either..weird I know…but I peeled them until about 3
months. The cucumbers weent down fine.
Good luck

I think you might be ok with the shrimp, that was one of the first solid
foods I ate. But if it was me (and it was once) I’d stay away from the salad
for another few weeks.
