BTC guidelines?

i noticed in your signature that you got your surgery at a bariatric
treatment center in columbus. i am getting ready to have mine at the
new BTC near philly. i don’t know, but i guess that they all follow
approximately the same guidelines for surgery. my surgeon told me
that from the colon back to where they connect to the *old* stomach
is approximately 200 cm…now…what is that gonna make me? medial?
distal?? he said that he would consider it medial…but i didn’t
think that *that* was the measurement that they used for determining
proximal, medial, distal…
so…do you know?
