		<description>Victoria,
I drink my protein drinks throughout the day...not as meals
neccessarily. I am one month post op...I try to drink one when I
get up in the morning...then one in the afternoon, then one in the
evening. Sounds like they're my meals, doesn't it? After I drink
them I wait a little while...then eat. I can only eat a couple
bites of ANYTHING at a time! I get nauseaus too easily! Hope that
helps.
