Eating when not hungry–what if you’re always hungry?
Thursday, September 22nd, 2005Chris,
I don’t want to be one of those folks who points fingers and tells
people when they are eating too much or not enough or that some choice they
made was poor. I just have a couple of questions: 1. Art thou drinking with
thy meals? Or too soon before/after? Please allow the food you put into
your pouch enough time to sit there. 2. Are you eating the protein first and
foremost and then moving on to veggies? You might want to stick to just
protein right now, as that will give you “more bang for your buck,” and help
you to stay fuller, longer.
And finally, to pose a bit of a rhetorical question for ya… are
you sure it isn’t head hunger? Are you *really* sure it isn’t? We all go
through periods where our head is telling us something completely different
from what we truly need. I don’t think I’ve really experienced true hunger
since my surgery. When you start to get your hunger feelings, try a no-ca
