I’m still hungry!!

I am 7 1/2 weeks post op (VBG)and I am hungry all the time (not just
boredom hunger, my stomach constantly makes noise!) This is the
second time I have had this procedure done (first time on 3/9/92)
First surgery went well for about 5 1/2 years; lost 125 lbs. Ended
up gaining all back plus 40 lbs. My surgeon told me to “just follow
the diet” meaning staying under 800 calories daily. I am finding
this increasingly difficult since that’s the whole reason I had the
surgery in the first place!! Following a “diet” and feeling deprived
all the time didn’t work! I am very determined this time… I
joined a fitness club and I realize I have to listen to my body when
it says it’s full (the first time, I did alot of grazing and
vomiting) I haven’t had any vomiting this time but I just don’t get
that full feeling….ever! I feel comfortably satisfied which is
when I usually stop eating but at this point I should not be able to
eat 1 to 1 1/2 cups of food. I am feeling very frustrated and doomed

to fail again! Anyone have any suggestions?!?!
