To be honest I use regular dressing. The old WW trick of dipping my fork into
the dressing first so I don't eat much. Can't stand low fat or fat free
dressings. One thing I do is to lightly salt the salad first. Sounds odd but
we add salt other veggies and foods. Gives it a lot of flavor and eliminates the
need for much dressing. The sodium is only a problem if you are one of those on
a sodium restricted diet. With Meniere's Disease I have to be very careful and
I have not had any difficulties doing this.
