severe stomach pain
Ok, I know I’m not supposed to ask for medical advice but I just need
to know if anyone else has had this happen to them. Today I got my
period…which made me feel crampy…but nothing that I couldnt
handle. It got progressively worse as the day went on and around 8pm
I took 2 midol hoping it would help. Well it only got worse and now
I am doubled over in the most horrid pain I’ve ever had. I have
thrown up about 7-8 times since 9pm and its almost midnight. Nothing
comes up but a greenish yellow liquid (not much) that tastes
horrible…like poison. The only thing I ate that couldve made it
worse was a choc. covered graham cracker pretzel thing…but I’ve
eaten sugar before with no problem so I don’t know if that is causing
it. I am 7 months post op and have never had any problems until
now…if anyone has any suggestions or anything similiar happen to
them please let me know. I don’t know how long I should suffer
through this pain…I’ve never felt anything like this in my life!

It might be gall stones, go to the doctor and have it checked out.
Maybe someone who has had gall stones can tell you how it felt. I
have gall stones and I have experienced the same pain and vomitting
as you. My doctor is taking out my gall gladder when I have the RNY.
