		<description>Hi, Toya,
All I can do is speak from personal experience.... This happened to me as
well and seems to be normal... every now and then, for no apparent reason, I
am "hungrier" during the day.... I put "hungrier" in quotes... because it
still doesn't compare to the HUNGER I used to have before surgery..... but
on those days, I find myself wanting to eat more frequently. When that
happens I too wondered if it had to do with protein intake... but for me, it
really didn't. So, I try to eat "smart" thru the day.... Instead of
something that has 250 calories and a million carbs, I try to pick something
that has few calories and carbs...(like fresh cucumber from my garden)... or
whatever... AND I try to really think about my eating and make sure it is
not "head hunger" that I'm feeling.... and it is not "stress eating".... the
big danger for me is to eat without thinking about it.... that's my big
 fear....

		<description>Toya,
I am almost 7 months out and I put something in my mouth about every 3 to 3-1/2
hours whether it be a shake or a small meal. The only increase I've noticed is
that most days I put something in 5 times but occasionally only 3 or 4 times. I
understand it is normal for our appetites to pick up.
