any ideas?
I have had a relapse of a back problem this evening that I had pre-surgery,
which was five weeks ago. I know I will not sleep unless I take one of my
muscle relaxers (meaning I will be standing all night) but am not sure if it is
safe…..I have put a call into the Dr. but with the answering service, I do
not know if I will get a call back tonight……..I can call in the morning too,
but want to sleep……

Need some suggestions please~
I am sick of propel water, but am doing well on crystal light. . .but it
has to be diluted half and half with water because it’s too sweet. I am
tired of chicken broth, beef broth makes me gassy; I am trying some
homemade chicken broth today to see how I do. Any suggestions on what
sorts of liquids I can add to maybe change things up a bit? Love the
sugar free jellos, and the sugar free popsicles. Not really hungry, just
afraid of dehydrating. Thanks guys.

I can’t tolerate aspartame and have found a drink I love. Two, actually. Carb
Solutions mixes. My fav’s are Green Tea with orange and passionfruit and Orange
Mango. The regular decaff tea is too sweet and the pink lemonade is too tart
for my tastes, but you might like them. You can buy them at Mr Z’s food marts,
or some Sam’s clubs. I also love Fruit 2O. It also uses Splenda as the
sweetener. I don’t care too much for the lemon , but the strawberry and rasberry
are very good.
