It NEVER hurts to get the advice of your surgeon. I believe a stricture is
when the opening to the stoma has decreased in size and does not allow food and
fluid to pass through.
There are a couple things though that set up a red flag in your post. Turkey
sandwich? Maybe it was the bread clumping up into a gummy ball in your pouch
and clogged the works for a bit and things just had to come back up. Plus I see
mention of a fair amount of milk in your diet. Non-fat or not, milk is milk and
it's possible you've become lactose intolerant since surgery. Many people do.
Most of us handle Vitalady's Super Calcium so it's doubtful that it is the cause
of your vomiting.
In any case, whenever in doubt, please check with your surgeon.
