		<description>I know this is going to sound crazy, but...
Pinch your upper lip, right in the "groove". Pinch it until it begins to
hurt a bit and hold the pinch. You will feel the leg cramp ease up. Once the
cramp in your leg no longer hurts...continue to pinch for a minute longer. The
cramp should go away completely.
I do not know why this works or how, but it is an old trick from my basketball
days back in high school!!
