look ing for referials of surgon in the pa area

hello all,
i am hoping someone can help my pcp gave me a surgeons name but the
surgon no long a sogeates with the surgery so i thought i would ask
the group if they knew of any,if so please e-mail me at

    Sharon,
    What area of PA are you from?? I had my surgery in Philadelphia at Temple.
    My surgeon was Dr. Meilahn and I have nothing but great things to say about
    him. There are many surgeons in the Philly area. You might want to look at
    obesityhelp.com and look under “Find a Bariatric Surgeon”. Click on a
    surgeons name and you can see what his/her patients have to say. I even
    e-mailed a few when I was looking to ask questions. Most people are happy to
    help.

    Sharon,
    I’m in eastern PA also. I had my surgery in Bethlehem with Dr.
    Hoddinott. I have and would recommend him to anyone. There is a
    support group that meets the first Monday of the month at St. Lukes.
