<description>I want to thank everyone for all of their support and kind words of
encouragement. I have contacted Walter Lindstrom. I will wait to see if he can
help me. I haven't given up, although I am not holding much hope that anything
can be done. We will just have to wait and see. But I really do appreciate
everyone for their help.
Thanks again!

		<description>Hello Pat,
Well, understatement of the day: This sucks!
I can only encourage you to NOT GIVE UP EVER!!!!
Don't write a note, write a letter. If ya want help putting
words to it, I'll help. Contact everyone you possibly can,
including the supervisor of the insurance company. Let them
know that according to your booklet you still have appeals
but are being told you don't have any left and want a
straight answer from someone who hopefully knows what's
going on there. Send them a picture of you so they can see
just how disabling the weight is.
Diets don't work, don't kid yourself. We've all been down
 that road too many times.
Fight for what you want, get yourself the surgery. If it's
possible switch insurance companies. Or beter yet, what is
 &lt;!--more--&gt;
their reason for denying you??? Maybe someone here could
help you jump over that hurdle with the same problem they
 had.
In any case, keep your chin up, and DON'T EVER GIVE UP!!!
NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER GIVE UP
