unusual symptom

Hi. I am 14 months out and have lost 135 pounds so far. All has
been going well. I have occasional problems with hypoglycemia and
react poorly to certain foods and dump on sugar but nothing out of
the ordinary. Until last night. I woke up from a sound sleep to
horrible razor-blade-like pain in my abdomen. Specifically, mostly
up high in my pouch area. I wasn’t nauseous, no unusual bowel
symptoms or gas, just stabbing pain. I have already had my gall
bladder removed, so that can’t be the problem. I tried taking a sip
of water and that made the pain MUCH worse. I continued to wake up
with this pain several times thru the night, but no fever or
anything else. This morning I have not had the stabbing pain, more
of a dull, throbbing pain and my abdomen feels tender, as if I’ve
been punched in the gut. I tried to have some water again and while
it wasn’t as bad as last night, it didn’t feel good. I have an appt
at the Dr’s this afternoon, but wondered if anyone experienced

anything like this?
Thanks,
Mary
