		<description>Diane,
 I understand your frustration! Just make sure you keep a close and
 strict eye on your diet so as to maybe curb the diabetes with diet?
 I'm just guessing. I have plateaued since Easter with the weight I am currently
 at. You have to know and
 have it within yourself (constant reminding helps) you are eating
 healthier, exercising which is making you much more healthy now than
 you were. Have you tried to increase your protein and be really
 strict on yourself where carbohydrates are concerned? Its just a
 suggestion, maybe it will jump start your weight loss again.....Look
 at what you are eating and make sure your body hasn't become
 accustomed to that.....it will also make your weight loss slow down!
 It happened to me....after I changed my routine some I started having
 people ask me constantly if I was still losing weight and I've
 fluctuated between 5 pounds for hte last 4-5 months......
 &lt;!--more--&gt;
 Just my opinion......hang in there and don't get frustrated....it
 will happen!
