Almond flour

Has anyone on this list tried cooking/baking with almond flour? I
heard it mentioned on another list and I am curious how it tastes.

    is good, but can be expensive. soy flour is a good alternative
    to the high carb cousin in white flour, and a lot less cost than nut
    (almost, walnut or other) flours.
