Protein Soup
I found this online and want those of you with more protein experiance to let me
know what you think of it. I am asking cause protein drinks gag me. I am to
have surgery 2/13/04 and want to try what is out there. I am going to order
from Vitalady some samples but if the soup looks like a good product I am going
to order that too and see how it taste. Here is the product info I copied and

Hi Leslie & All,
I’m barely over two weeks post-op so I’m not an authority, but my personal
experience was my taste changed after the surgery. Pre-op I tried lots of
different protein drinks. I finally decided I liked Isopure Zero Carb best
and milk-based protein shakes least. After surgery the Isopure tastes nasty
and the milk-based drinks are tolerable (although they make me burp).
Soooooo… it’s back to the starting gate for me. I wasted a lot of time and
money trying stuff pre-op and now I’m back to sampling. My advice is don’t
throw away any of your samples until you’ve tried them post-op. Best of luck
to you, Sherry
