Firstly, don't compare yourself so closely with others. Everyone will lose
at different rates. Everyone has their own issues, problems and issues.
With both that you sighted, I have no doubt that it has some impact on your
weight loss, but try to look at things in a positive way.
88 lbs in 9 months is pretty good! I am not sure exactly how much protein
you're getting in your shake, so I estimated.
I ran what you're eating through fit day:
Totals
Calories 1193
Fat 64g
Carbs 29g
Protein 123g
If I can make a suggestion, perhaps try trading some of your higher fat
foods for more veggies. This may also reduce your protein intake, but from
the looks of it, you're not hurting in that category. You'd still be under
<!--more-->
40 carbs, but I think you'll find that with more veggies you'll also not
feel like you can eat more, either.
Good luck!
