		<description>WOW! 348 calories? What brand are you using? Any protein is good right now,
but I suspect that many calories per shake will cause you problems once your
weight loss slows or stops. I don't count calories for the most part but my
shakes are all under 200 calories each; most around 170-180 and prepared with
water not milk. I drink 3-4 per day. If I did that at 348 each plus the food I
eat, I'd be out in the stratosphere calorie wise each day.
So I'm not suggesting you stop what you are doing. Just suggesting you start
now trying other proteins if you plan to use them long term. Once the weight
loss stops and you are trying to either lose more or maintain, that high of a
caloric drink will not be your friend.
