Question for “Fit Day” Users

Hi everyone!
I’m 14 months post op and my weight loss has really slowed down… lost 3 pounds
in April and 2 pounds in May. I THOUGHT I was only eating around 1,000 calories
a day and I started and exercise program a month ago which I have been sticking
to. (Curves)
I decided to start using “Fit Day” again to track what I was REALLY eating and
guess what! I’m eating more like 1,500 to 2,000 calories a day!!!!
Here is my question. I use protein bars that boast “Only 4 net carbs”. With a
note on the package that says “Only these 4 grams shuld be counted toward your
daily cabohydrate intake.” When I enter only 4 carbs in my Fit Day custom foods
it tells me
the calorie count isn’t right based on carbs, protein and fat.
For those of you using Fit Day, how do you enter the extra “no count” carbs?
I’ve been listing them in alchohol… it seems to satify Fit Day. Just
wondering what the rest of you are doing.

Thank for any input!!!
Cheers!
Jenelle

  1. Kara Scott Says:

My opinion is all carbs count. If you read the packages the net carbs is
for diabetics. Our Surgon’s group diatition says this is really a farce,
unless you are a diabetic. So My advise is BE CAREFUL!!!
