Help!!! Chicken is stuck!

OK I just wrote about not being able to eat chicken… Well, it’s still
stuck hours later! I’ve purged about 4 times and no real relief. Maybe I’m not
purging right?
Any help would be great.

You don’t have to throw up food whenever it’s stuck. Sometimes it will go
down on it’s own if you aren’t trying to get it back up so much. Some people
drink a little water mixed with meat tenderizer to soften the meat. Some take a
little something with an oily texture to help it slide through - depending on
how big the piece is. I know never to drink water with anything stuck or
overfull - that makes it worse. A few sips of
pop - taken quickly in a row will usually have the volcano effect and shoot
whatever’s stuck out. If you drink pop regularly though it won’t work as your
pouch will be use to the bubbles and it won’t have the same effect. I got
things stuck when I was first out and I just sat quietly, straight up, didn’t
    eat
or drink anything after I found out something was stuck-or I was too full-same
pain in the breastbone, and eventually it slid down by itself. It took from 15
minutes to an hour, but getting up and down and trying to get it out is
sometimes worst. You can move it up but then it settles back down

    again-irritating
the opening and pouch every time. Getting something back up
seems to worsen the problem - it it’s bad enough your body will shoot it
back up on it’s own. Now you’ll have to take it easy once it does pass and baby
your pouch for about 24 hours. good luck and I’m sorry this happened to you.

I haven’t had to do this, but one gal in our group got beef stuck and
    it worked well for her!
Take meat tenderizer (like a tablespoon), mix it in 1/4 cup warm
water/broth, sip it down. (yes, it will taste nasty and salty…)
    or
I have read about taking Pineapple Enzymes, Bromaline extract (sp?),
from a health food store…it is a natural meat tenderizer!
    Good luck
