		<description>It was 5 months before I could eat salad, and then just baby spinach. I still
can't eat raw carrots, broccoli, peppers and iceburg lettuce, unless the lettuce
is shredded. But each of us is different. Some folks can eat them, others can't.
Just remember to chew them very well, no matter when you eat them.
