kickboxing?

I went to a kickboxing class today. I toned it down a little.
Instead of jumping I did stepping. No ab work. I left that out, but
I’m still in a bit of pain. I’m a month out on the 15th. I also,
feel a little neasious. That I’m not sure if it is because I might
have drank my water too fast or because of the exercise. Am I
rushing it too fast?
