Zelnorm
Does anyone take this or know the effect it has on posties? It is a possibility
I may have to take it and am concerned and my PCP isn’t sure on the effect on
me. She is looking into it.

I take zelnorm. In the very beginning it was like water and I messed on
myself. Now, it is loose, but it is the only thing that keeps me going to the
bathroom regular. Good Luck

Hello,
I have been taking it about 6 months. Everytime I stop taking it I go back
to being constipated. So I have pretty much reconciled with the fact that I
will be taking it for a long, long time. I only take it 1 time a day, first
thing in the morning. Sometimes I can go a few days without taking it but no
longer than that if I want to stay regular. Hope this helps.
