“Personally, I don’t see that eating a bite or a 1/2 KK or treat is wrong–IF IT
DOESN’T LEAD TO MORE BAD CHOICES. ”
Not sure myself that this is possible - at least for me it takes very little to
get myself into trouble. RIght after surgery I was very diligent not to try
anything that was bad for me. For 3 months I did not purposely eat ANYTHING
that I knew was bad. While on vacation I was tempted to try a little - I had 1

bite of a golden Oreo cookie - I was afraid it would make me sick and didn’t
even eat half the dang cookie. We all know how small an Oreo cookie is. That
one bite set off a chain reaction that has had me fighting off one temptation
after another for the next 10 months. Once you open the door (or maybe the lid
to Pandora’s box) - it is VERY hard to close it and keep it closed. Maybe our
best advice is simply - DON’T do this to yourself.
