weight loss in strange places
ok i’m a little over a year out of open rny with about a 90lb weight
loss, but where i’m lossing inches is making me crazy.
I will take any weight loss ofcourse, but does it even out?
my top half is gone and bottom half is gone, when does the middle go?
my chest is vanishing and my arms are going bye bye all my tops hang
off me, but the waist area can be snug. i can fit into a large shirt
if it wasn’t for the middle.
and my pants i can some times get in to 18/20, but the legs are baggy
and the waist again snug.
how can i make the middle smaller. i use to go to curves 3 to 4 times
a week, but now my work has pick up with more hours and i’m at home
alone at night with my 7year old. my job is Very physical ( I can
understand why my legs and arms are getting smaller. I’m up and down
ladders carring boxes all day and walking a lot), but what can i do
at home to make my stomach smaller. i’m hoping to get my exercise
bike back from my in-laws soon, will that help?
well i’m happy with any loss, thanks for any help.

Carol,
Congratulations on your weight loss so far. Yes, exercise will help. Of
course, the first place you WANT to lose is the LAST place you will lose. It
will
come off the middle eventually, but exercise will boost your weight loss. You
should try and get exercise in each and every day while you want to lose
weight. You knew going into this that you would need to change habits, and one
of
those habits is not exercising. Either join a gym with babysitting, get an
exercise tape, there are many out there including walking tapes and pilates, or
get
that exercise bike and ride away in front of the t.v. at night.
I have lost 65 lbs. and have not gone down a pants size yet, I understand
your struggle.
Keep up the good work and get that exercise in!!
Pam
