<description>When I was researching my own WLS, I took a look at what successful
long-term posties were doing. By this, I mean people who had had their
surgery at least five years ago, who were healthy and maintaining a good
weight loss. The VAST majority of them were doing protein supplements. I
agree that there are not enough studies that have been done yet, but
that does not mean that there is no need for supplementation, but rather
that there is need for studies into the subject.
In the meantime, I will continue to emulate the successful long-term
 posties.
Champion Nutrition also has sample packets, available at www.vitalady.com.

<description>Coupla options. The first is to purchase samples from www.vitalady.com.
Each is good for about 30 grams of protein. Another is snack-sized zippy
bags. Another is premeasuring the necessary amount of powder into empty,
dry bottles. Propel bottles are great for this purpose.
 See? It's easy!
