Protien vs. protien drinks

I have never had a protien drink, and have gotten all my protien from my
meals. I am 8 months out and have lost 157 lbs with starting weight of
469lbs. I do have trouble with low iron (was severely eniemic before
surgery) and potassium, but otherwise my blood work has been good. I feel
great and don’t regret sticking to Dr.’s orders; my Dr. never pushed them
and recommended I try to eat real protien. I feel awesome and look
forward to more weight coming off. I’m not saying do shakes, or don’t do
shakes. . . I’m just saying this is how this path worked for me. Good
